Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept all major credit cards and real-time bank transfers, as well as Korea’s leading simple payment services, including Naver Pay and Kakao Pay.

Shipping
Q. How long does delivery take?
A. Orders placed before 4:00 PM (KST) on weekdays are shipped the same day. Delivery typically takes 1 to 3 business days from the shipment date. For pre-order items, shipments will be processed sequentially according to the schedule specified on the product page.
Q. What are the shipping fees and the criteria for free shipping?
A. Our standard shipping fee is ₩3,500. We offer free shipping on all orders over ₩30,000. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply to Jeju Island and other remote areas.

Q. What is Turrón, and how is it best enjoyed?
A. Turrón is a traditional Spanish autumn and winter gourmet dessert—a fine food that concentrates rich nuttiness and sweetness by blending abundant nuts with honey. You can enjoy an even deeper flavor profile by pairing it with espresso, warm tea, or dry wine and whiskey.
Q. How should I store the product? What is the shelf life?
A. It is best kept in a cool, dry place at room temperature (below 25°C), away from direct sunlight. Once opened, we highly recommend storing it in an airtight container. Please refer to the Korean labeling requirements on the back of the package for the exact expiration date of each product.
Q. Does the product contain any allergens?
A. Please be sure to check the allergen information and ingredients listed on each product’s detail page prior to purchase.
Returns & Refunds
Q. Until when can I cancel my order or change my shipping address?
A. You can directly cancel or modify your order through your Account page only while the status is marked as [Payment Completed]. Once it transitions to [Preparing Shipment], real-time packaging and dispatch processes have already begun at the logistics center, making cancellations or changes difficult.
Q. Can I return or exchange food products?
A. Due to the nature of food items, returns or exchanges for a simple change of mind are not accepted. However, if there is a quality issue or damage upon arrival, please take a photo immediately after opening the box and submit it to support@cavana.kr or via our Live Chat. We will promptly process a replacement or a refund after verification.
