Returns & Exchanges
Change of Mind
• Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items in their original, undamaged product packaging.
• Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Items returned without prior authorization will not be processed.
• A round-trip shipping fee of ₩6,000 will be charged to the customer. (Additional fees apply for Jeju and remote islands.)
Defective Items & Seller Errors
• Returns or exchanges will be processed after a brief verification, which requires photo evidence of the issue.
• Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items will be fully covered by CAVANA.
• Refunds will be issued within 7 business days once the returned item is collected and inspected.
