Welcome to TRIET! Throughout this site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to TRIET, the operating entity of the brand CAVANA. TRIET operates this store and website, including all information, content, features, tools, products, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms and policies stated here. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform to deliver our Services to you.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be accurate. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

An order submission represents an offer to purchase. TRIET reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or refuse any order for any reason. An order is not confirmed until TRIET sends an official order confirmation. Once submitted, orders may not be canceled or modified. All products purchased are strictly for personal or household use and may not be used for commercial resale or unauthorized export.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We are not liable for any shipping delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance procedures, or any events beyond our reasonable control. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon our delivery of the products to the designated carrier.

SECTION 6 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

The CAVANA store operates via the Shopify platform; however, all sales transactions are made directly between you and TRIET. You acknowledge and agree that Shopify bears no liability or responsibility for any transaction, injury, loss, or claim arising from your purchase or use of the products. You hereby release Shopify from any liabilities connected to your interactions with TRIET.

SECTION 7 - PROHIBITED USES AND AUTOMATED ACCESS

You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to infringe upon intellectual property rights, or to collect data unauthorizedly. The use of scraping tools, data extraction devices, robots, spiders, or autonomous/semi-autonomous AI agents to bypass security or authentication features is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate your access immediately upon any violation.
